The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Mandan is looking for a dedicated, patient-focused Full-Time/Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team!
We are an independent community pharmacy committed to providing personalized care and building lasting relationships with the patients we serve. Pharmacy Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Sat: 9am-1pm
Sun: Closed
Pharmacist would be responsible for opening or closing and working roughly every 3rd Saturday.
**Closed all major holidays**
Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately dispense prescription medications
- Review prescriptions for appropriate therapy, interactions, and safety
- Counsel patients on medications, potential side effects, and proper use
- Build strong relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
- Provide immunizations and other clinical pharmacy services
- Answer medication-related questions and provide personalized recommendations
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Help provide a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered pharmacy experience
- Contribute to the daily operations and continued success of our independent pharmacy
Qualifications
- Active North Dakota Pharmacist license
- PharmD or equivalent degree
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
