Spa Solai is seeking an experienced, professional Nail Technician who is passionate about client care, service excellence, and helping others succeed.
This position is ideal for a Nail Technician who enjoys leadership and is ready to take the next step in their career. In addition to providing exceptional services, the Lead Nail Technician will play an important role in training and developing new team members while helping maintain the quality and consistency of our manicure and pedicure experiences.
We are a locally owned wellness company that has been serving Tucson for nearly 40 years and are committed to creating exceptional experiences for both our clients and our staff.
Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and build client relationships
- Recommend appropriate retail products and home care
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
Leadership & Training
- Train new Nail Technicians on Spa Solai manicure and pedicure protocols
- Ensure consistency in service delivery and guest experience
- Help uphold company policies, service standards, and sanitation procedures
- Provide coaching, support, and encouragement to newer team members
- Assist management with inventory feedback and operational improvements
- Serve as a positive role model for professionalism, teamwork, and client care
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Ability to follow established systems and procedures
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring others
- Previous leadership, trainer, or lead technician experience preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
