RDC is looking for an experienced, energetic Design-Build Commercial General Contractor Project Superintendent with a minimum of 10-15 years experience of being a Project Superintendent for a commercial design-build general contractor that has the ability to start a job from the ground up and complete it on time & on budget. Jobsite locations will be primarily in southern Wisconsin. There is a chance that you may have to travel to some jobs. Applicant will need to be able to understand geotechnical engineering associated with poor site conditions, manage all subcontractors on site & will need extensive knowledge with structural steel buildings with hard walls & will also need to have extensive work history with PEMB's. Applicant must have extensive history with managing up to 100-150 total workers on the site at any given time. Applicant will need to have OSHA 30 Hour certification, RTFL certification & a valid Drivers License. Needs to know how to read Gantt charts & drawings/blueprints & knows how to use a computer fairly well.
