Marketing Liasion - Nursing Home
Located in Bergen County, NJ
Salary: $80K to $110K range (based on experience)
A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Bergen County, NJ is looking for a strong Marketing Liaison.
Will consider a Nurse or Social Worker with strong Bergen County hospital network connections
Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
- Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Conduct research as needed.
Requirements of the Marketing Liaison:
- Prior experience as a Marketing Liaison in a nursing home setting strongly preferred
- Must have established hospital connections with local Bergen County hospitals
- Must have long term care experience
- Possess a strong network and proven ability to generate referrals and build partnerships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
