We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barback and Bartender. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Support bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, countertops, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, cleaning equipment, and moving stock around the bar or storage areas.
- Support serving staff to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events or banquets by setting up stations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience working in bars or restaurants with strong knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and moving supplies safely.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in a busy environment.
- Previous hospitality experience in hotel settings or food service establishments is highly desirable.
- Basset certificate.
