Role & Responsibilities
The person in this position will assist with building and equipment maintenance for the entire company. We are seeking candidates with broad mechanical, carpentry, and maintenance experience, but we'd also like to meet motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude who are willing to receive training.
Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance- Assist in the maintenance of all the company buildings. Most routine maintenance work will be done in-house by the maintenance staff. The areas of maintenance include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
- Equipment Maintenance- Assist in routine maintenance of a variety of machinery and equipment including industrial fabrication machinery.
- Auto & Truck Maintenance- Any experience with vehicle maintenance would be helpful in doing basic repairs to our fleet of cars, trucks and fork trucks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and time-efficient
- Capable of working independently
- Experience in any of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, HVAC, Machinery Maintenance, Auto & Truck Maintenance
