Job Summary

Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Conduct deep cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor waxing as scheduled or needed
- Restock janitorial supplies and report inventory shortages promptly to ensure continuous operations
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces or meeting rooms as required
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of custodial procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to custodial work
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment
