Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with the construction and installation of sunrooms, pergolas, patio covers, and other outdoor living structures.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Prepare job sites, including material handling, staging, and cleanup.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Desire to learn and grow within the construction/home improvement field.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to our office in Champaign, IL.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or a related trade given preference.
