About the Role: (Export Coordinator -Logistics / Freight Forwarding–Bilingual Spanish)
This role is responsible for coordinating export shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs requirements. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process export documents (AES filings, Bills of Lading, titles, invoices)
- Coordinate container bookings and shipment schedules
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight carriers, and international partners
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with warehouse team on loading plans
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Willing to train and adapt.
Preferred (Not Required) :
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export coordination
- Familiarity with AES/ACE systems
