Assist the Senior Packaging Manager in maintaining quality standards and efficient production on the packaging lines. Train and develop packaging team to achieve Operational Excellence.

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Ensuring Products are packed correctly and are prepared for shipping area.

Work closely with team leaders to ensure that the package products are highquality.

Ensure the team is trained properly, productive, and ensures quality is maintained.

Ensure the packaging line process runs smoothly (ex. forming cartons, palletizing, and labeling).

Complete all necessary paperwork and understanding the lot numbering process.

Help other members on the production line by ensuring the work area is clean, organized, and well as maintained.

Lead the safety culture for the department.

Work closely with Quality Control for line clearance and approvals.

Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.

Complete all required training activities.

Demonstrate commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, onsite attendance, is reliable and follows through on responsibilities.

At least 2 years combined experience in Packaging Line as Operator and Line Lead

Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Basic math skills, keen observation ability

Leadership skills.

Ability to move quickly and efficiently.

Basic computer skills

Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual and adapt to changes in work duties.

Able to follow instructions and timelines.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility working occasionally evenings or weekends as needed.

Fluent in English and Spanish is a must

Ability to walk manufacturing floors for extended periods.

Ability to occasionally lift to 25 pounds.

Ability to wear required PPE and work in production environments.
This position operates in both office and manufacturing settings with exposure to machinery, noise, forklifts, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE must be worn when entering production areas.
