Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Key Holder/ Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure smooth store operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, supervising staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and driving sales growth. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, uphold company policies, and ensure inventory accuracy. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals!!
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities is a plus
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability in inventory management, purchasing, and retail math for effective budgeting and pricing strategies are always good!
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases would be amazing
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and shift management is essential but easily taught
- Organizational skills combined with excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role
