Crown Heritage Homes is seeking a dependable and motivated Foreman Technician to assist our Foreman with the day-to-day construction of custom homes. This hands-on position combines field coordination, subcontractor scheduling, quality control, and light carpentry. You will work directly with our Foreman while gaining valuable experience with the opportunity to advance into a Foreman or Construction Manager role.
We build high-quality custom homes and are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well with subcontractors, and wants to grow with our team. This position is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman with daily construction activities
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project schedules
- Perform punch list repairs and light carpentry
- Coordinate material deliveries
- Identify and resolve job site issues
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Assist with job site problem-solving and keeping projects on schedule
- Provide job site updates and communicate project progress with the office team
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of residential construction experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and perform physical work
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced job site environment
Preferred
- Custom home experience
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Experience coordinating trades or subcontractors
- Strong residential construction skills, including framing, trim, punch work, and general carpentry.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
- Availability to work Saturdays when needed
