What You'll Do
- Assist customers with door and window product inquiries
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online leads
- Prepare estimates and quotes for customers
- Follow up with leads and help close sales
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer information using our computer systems
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Motivated to earn commission and exceed sales goals
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
Compensation
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
