Position Overview
As a Floor Tech Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring quality output on the manufacturing floor. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where reliability and teamwork matter.

Shift Details
· Day Shift
· Monday – Thursday
· 5:45AM- 6PM –7:30am
· Consistent 10- 12-hour shifts with long weekends off

Pay
· $17.00 – $25.00/hour
· Based on experience and skill level

What We’re Looking For
· Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required for entry-level candidates willing to learn)
· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
· Ability to work 10- 12-hour shifts on your feet
· Mechanical aptitude is a plus
· Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated
