Responsibilities
- Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extension services
- Provide thorough consultations and personalized lash designs
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Educate clients on proper aftercare
- Introduce clients to our membership program
- Encourage pre-booking to maintain guest retention
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a luxury salon experience
Qualifications
- Current California Cosmetology or Esthetician License
- Lash extension experience required
- Excellent isolation and application skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for continuous learning
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable commuting between Santa Monica and Newport Beach as business needs require

Compensation
Hourly or Commission Pay

Applicants should be comfortable traveling between both locations. Mileage reimbursement may be available for travel between salons during the workday.
