The Role
Levia is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to support wholesale distribution operations. This role is responsible for completing scheduled deliveries to licensed retail locations and facilities, ensuring products are transported securely and in full compliance with Massachusetts cannabis regulations. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while handling regulated, high-value products.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
● Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled wholesale deliveries
● Load and unload products at the start and end of each shift
● Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and properly documented
● Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT standards
● Maintain the security, tracking, and integrity of all cannabis products during transport
● Obtain required signatures and complete delivery manifests and documentation
● Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery status and any issues
● Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, DOT regulations, and Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) requirements
● Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times
Qualifications:
● Must be at least 21 years of age (per Massachusetts cannabis regulations)
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to pass a DOT physical
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
● Strong time management and organizational skills
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
● Must be able to pass any required background checks in accordance with state regulations
Preferred Experience:
● 1+ year of delivery driving or logistics experience
● Experience working in a regulated industry (cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, etc.) is a plus
● Familiarity with Massachusetts cannabis transportation or compliance procedures is a plus
