Purpose of Role: The Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor provides high-level support through managing communication, administrative tasks and maintaining processes to ensure the functions of the Senior Pastor's office runs efficiently. A successful candidate:

- has technical proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and church management software
- has exceptional verbal and writing skills and is able to draft professional correspondence and newsletters
- has a high level of discretion, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Prior administrative experience preferred, preferably in ministry or a non-profit setting.

Status (Full Time/Part Time): Part Time (16 hours/week)
