Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Global Processing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the timely and efficient processing of requests for records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain valuable work experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete knowledge of all clients’ do not release list and redaction requirements
Guarantees flawless delivery of release of information (ROI) by ensuring compliance with the request, authorization and HIPAA regulations
Ensures that all processes and procedures are being followed and quality standards are at a minimum being met
Ensures clients’ SLA/SLO are maintained
Work efficiently with team members to ensure a smooth, timely, effective and productive workflow
Regularly communicate status of site work to client and team members
Collaborate with team members to quickly resolve any issues that may arise and, if necessary, escalate any major issues to Team Lead/Team Manager
Assists with updating the processing protocol as needed
Required to abide by all company security policies in the course of their duties
Daily reporting as directed
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work independently with a solution minded attitude
Quality conscious and detail oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent Data Entry Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and co-workers
Professional, dedicated and dependable team player
Limited travel may be required on an as needed basis

Pay: $18.00 per hour
