Requirements
- Previous residential and/or commercial painting experience
- Experience leading a paint crew
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a felony background check
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to complete simple daily job documentation
