Human Resources Manager | PFC USA
PFC USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with employees and leaders while managing a broad range of HR functions.
The HR Manager will oversee and support key areas including:

Employee relations and performance management

Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding

Payroll and benefits administration
-
Compensation and employee recognition programs
-
FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and unemployment administration

Employment law and regulatory compliance
-
HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook management
-
401(k) administration and annual compliance/audit activities
-
HRIS management, reporting, and workforce analytics
-
Employee engagement and retention initiatives
-
Supervision and development of HR staff, as applicable

Partnership with senior leadership on staffing needs, turnover trends, workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational needs
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressively responsible professional HR experience

Experience managing multiple HR functions

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Comfort with and eager to embrace and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making and HR processes
Schedule & Work Location
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The position is fully in-office for the first six months to support training, relationship building, and integration into the organization. Following successful completion of the initial six-month period, the position may become eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1–2 remote days per week, based on performance and business needs.

Salary Range - $70,000 - $80,000 anually, exempt
