Betr Group Inc. is a Tampa-based sales and marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition for established national brands.
We're looking for dedicated, coachable, and motivated individuals who want more than a traditional entry-level job. You'll receive hands-on sales training, work directly with customers, and have the opportunity to advance into leadership and management positions based on performance.
No prior sales experience is required. We train you from the ground up.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll represent our clients through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns in the Tampa area.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking directly with customers and identifying their needs
- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
- Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
- Closing sales and working toward individual and team goals
- Participating in daily training and coaching
- Tracking your performance and continuously improving your sales skills
- Working collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
This is an active, people-focused sales role — not a desk job and not a cold-calling position.
Compensation
- Paid training plus commission
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly pay
- Realistic first-year earnings: $70,000–$85,000
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives may also be available
Earnings vary based on individual performance.
