Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food environment
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management through proper food storage, rotation, and sanitation practices
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants will help you excel in this energetic environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing are essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued
- Restaurant experience or background working in the food industry will support your success in this role
