We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Muffin Production Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are produced efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This position will specifically be a part of the Muffin Production Team.
Duties
- Follow Daily Production guides to ensure all orders are met.
- Work quickly and accurately to mix, scoop, bake, and pack Muffin products of various sizes throughout the day.
- Ensure that all product and packing meets quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in the assembly line process by preparing products for baking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area and warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of packed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Previous food handling experience is required, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with production processes and practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
