Top Cat Air Tools in Willoughby is seeking a motivated individual for programming and set up of our growing CNC turn/mill department.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include the programing and set up of the various lathes machines in the department.
Requirements:
- Able to set-up/operate 3 & 4 axis Lathe Milling machines.
- Experience with complex and tight tolerance parts. +/-.0005"
- Ability to read and edit programs.
- Able to read blueprints.
- Able to inspect parts using basic measuring tools.
- Well-organized and possess excellent communication skills.
- Take pride in workmanship and possess a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Must maintain production efficiency levels.
- Keep machine & tools in clean and working order.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
- Attention to detail is a must - Strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Preferred:
- Experience with polar coordinate interpolation and twin spindle-live tool machines with Fanuc controls a plus.
- Experience with Kia CNC Turning Machines
- Experience with Hyundai/Wia CNC Turning Machines
- Experience with Samsung CNC Turning Machines
- Willingness to Learn Grinding/Hone Operation
