```Duties```
- Oversee the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Analyze project scope and develop detailed cost breakdowns
- Utilize construction estimating software, such as B2W, to prepare accurate and competitive bids
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients within specified deadlines
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Provide guidance and support to the estimating team
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software, such as B2W, HeavyBid, etc.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Experience with cost control measures and strategies
- Proficient in using Bluebeam or similar software for document management
