We are a client-centered personal injury law firm seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intake and assist with new client onboarding
- Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Track medical treatment and ensure proper case documentation
- Keep detailed case notes and manage deadlines in case management software
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (pre-litigation required)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the PI claims process
- Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
