Job Description
Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Lead Consultant to support enterprise asset management initiatives for a major transportation and infrastructure organization.
The selected consultant will provide technical leadership for IBM Maximo implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, maintenance, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maximo Administration & Development
- Configure and customize IBM Maximo applications
- Develop workflows, automation scripts, and business processes
- Support system upgrades, patching, and deployments
- Maintain application performance and reliability
Integration & Data Management
- Design and support integrations with enterprise systems
- Support data migration, validation, and synchronization efforts
- Develop APIs and interface solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues
Production Support
- Provide application maintenance and defect resolution
- Analyze and resolve performance issues
- Support production releases and enhancements
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory qualifications will not be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of IBM Maximo implementation and support experience
- Experience with Maximo configuration and customization
- Experience with Maximo Integration Framework
- Experience supporting enterprise asset management systems
- Strong SQL and database experience
Preferred Qualifications
- IBM Maximo Certifications
- Java Development Experience
- Azure Integration Experience
- Public-sector or transportation industry experience
