Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the organizing, planning and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being (identity, growth, autonomy, security, connectedness, meaning and joy)
- Lead wellness programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions
- Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents and families
- Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities
Successful candidates should enjoy working with the senior population, possess excellent organizational skills, and most importantly - BE FUN! A caring and compassionate demeanor is a must!
This position will be required to work some evenings and rotating weekends and holidays; a flexible schedule is a must.
Must be at least 18 years old, H.S. Graduate or GED and be able to pass Criminal background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
