Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, roofing contractors, and other referral partners.
- Generate qualified water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, contents restoration, and reconstruction referrals.
- Conduct in-person sales calls, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and presentations.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans to increase market share within assigned territory.
- Maintain regular contact with referral partners through scheduled visits and follow-up activities.
- Track sales activities, referrals, and opportunities within CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community networking functions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and referral partner satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual referral and revenue targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry trade shows, conferences, and community gatherings.
- Collaborate with our operations, estimating, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
