White Rose Construction is growing and we're looking for a skilled, reliable Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities
- General carpentry and repair work
- Door and hardware repairs
- Fence and gate repairs
- Roof repairs and exterior maintenance
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Property inspections and troubleshooting
- Completing work orders professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
QualificationsRequired
- Construction, maintenance, carpentry, or handyman experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Communication skills in English
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment
Preferred
- Commercial maintenance experience
- Roofing repair experience
- Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge
- Experience working directly with property managers or commercial clients
