Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to cleanliness and sanitation practices.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and janitorial best practices enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper handling of cleaning tools is beneficial.
