Job Summary:
We are seeking Lead Generators to work in the Home Depot store in Montgomery County. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible to generate HVAC leads for us by inviting the customers to speak to you and schedule a HVAC leads for the Comfort Advisors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Be present on dates and times assign in Home Depot Stores
- Collect and enter customers' info into the database correctly
- Maintain high level of etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance target and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in fast - paced environment while maintaining attention to details
- Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
