Job Summary
We are on the lookout for friendly, energetic Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for guests through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. Whether taking orders, serving food and drinks, or assisting with guest needs, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every visit is enjoyable and seamless. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a knack for multitasking, and loves engaging with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails and wine, ensuring presentation meets standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments securely.
- Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, bar area, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately.
- Food safety knowledge and experience in food handling are essential for maintaining sanitation standards.
