Description
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for independently working with patients to successfully schedule for Home Sleep Apnea Testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional patient experience (#1 RESPONSIBILITY)
- Successfully scheduling patient appointments to meet weekly individual and team goals.
- Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
- General data entry and review - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
- Processing of online patient forms and payments at time of service.
- Assisting in the preparation of patient testing equipment as needed.
- General administrative duties when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
