Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is confident in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, values teamwork, and is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Indiana state regulations. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Indiana. Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or appropriate specialty. DEA license (or ability to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. Previous primary care or family medicine experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
