Cass Hill Development Companies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who can work independently, troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues, and take pride in providing exceptional service to our residents.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will independently perform maintenance and repair work throughout residential apartment communities while supporting overall property operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Complete apartment maintenance repairs with minimal supervision.
- Perform apartment turnovers from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances.
- Install refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and other household appliances.
- Perform painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, and general carpentry.
- Complete minor plumbing repairs including replacing faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, shower heads, water heaters, and supply lines.
- Perform minor electrical repairs including replacing outlets, thermostats, bathroom exhaust fans, ballast replacements, and emergency exit lighting.
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, including thermostat replacement, breaker resets, and condenser coil cleaning.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergency maintenance calls.
- Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and accurate work order documentation.
- Meet with vendors, assist with troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Mentor and assist General Maintenance Technicians.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

- Safe operation of power tools including drills, miter saws, circular saws, and other equipment

Electrical
- Outlet replacement
