Summary
LIU Pharmacy invites applications for full-time, non-tenure track, Assistant/Associate Professor positions in the Division of Pharmacy Practice. Positions are open in inpatient general medicine and in ambulatory care. The faculty will be responsible for precepting students in advanced pharmacy practice experiences where students apply their pharmaceutical knowledge to a variety of disease states. The faculty’s practice site will be one of the prestigious medical centers/hospitals/clinics within the five boroughs of New York City affiliated with the College of Pharmacy. Faculty responsibilities also include didactic teaching and providing clinical services at the practice site and service at the College. Faculty members are expected to build a portfolio of scholarly work within their area of interest.

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates who are PGY1-trained or those without residency training may be considered if they possess significant comparable experience.
- PharmD degree with PGY 1 residency. PGY 2 residency training is preferred.
- Licensed in the State of New York or to be licensed within 180 days of employment at LIU.
