Position Summary
The Delivery Driver Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by delivering cannabis products directly to dispensaries. The Delivery Driver Agent must perform deliveries following strict regulatory guidelines. The Delivery Driver Agent must record sales in the METRC system, handle cash transactions and ensure the integrity of customer data. The Delivery Driver Agent must be discreet, professional, and tidy in appearance and able to communicate clearly with a variety of customers.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Nevada Distributor Agent Card or in process of obtaining one
- Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record (A DMV Driver History Report will be required)
- Basic computer skills.
- METRC and excel knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
- Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Exceptional cash handling skills
- Strong understanding and application of organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Ability to multitask without distraction and still work on a team.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly, in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Previous work experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Core Job Duties & Tasks
- Route and verify products of assigned delivery orders prior to leaving the store
- Deliver a wide variety of cannabis products to different routes throughout Las Vegas.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
- Ensure orders are delivered in a discreet and professional manner.
- Accurate cash collection and verifying required documentation is signed
- Ensure that METRC transfers and invoices match before leaving the facility
- Assist with Order Fulfillment if the Packaging Lead is busy
- Assist with packaging multiple products
- Complete daily internal and external inspections of the vehicle before and after your shifts.
- Maintain van maintenance and cleanliness
- Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations set forth by the Nevada Cannabis Control Board.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, and industry news.
- Ensure facility organization and cleanliness by performing cleaning.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
