Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your proactive approach will help support our production schedules and distribution processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
- Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation
- Move materials from receiving areas to designated storage or work locations
- Prepare packaging containers and materials for shipment
- Wrap, label, and prepare products for shipping in accordance with SOPs
- Inspect materials, products, and containers during packaging and handling
- Record required information such as weight, quantity, time, and date of packaging
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials and pallets
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Support coordination with other departments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, staging, and storage areas
- Comply with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and up to one year of related experience or training.
· Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
· Ability to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
· Basic computer skills for inventory or shipping documentation
· Ability to obtain and maintain company forklift certification
Pay: $15.80 - $22.10 per hour
