ProPart USA is seeking a motivated, dependable, and growth-minded Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pick and prepare parts accurately using pick tickets
- Package and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Process domestic and international shipping and receiving activities
- Assist with part “fit-up” activities to ensure proper alignment and sizing
- Create and maintain part tags for incoming inventory
- Provide estimated shipping weights and dimensions as requested
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock checks
- Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound orders
- Ensure 100% accuracy when picking and shipping products
- Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude preferred (experience using calipers, micrometers, or performing quality checks is a plus)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other shipping software is a plus
- Strong work ethic with proven reliability and longevity in previous roles
- Positive attitude and desire to grow into a leadership position over time
