Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Butts County Detention Center in Georgia. In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care in a secure, structured environment while working alongside an experienced healthcare team dedicated to making a difference.

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll play an important role in delivering quality healthcare by:

Providing direct patient care and nursing assessments

Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Responding to sick call requests and addressing inmate healthcare needs

Monitoring chronic conditions and documenting patient progress

Collaborating with providers and healthcare teammates to ensure continuity of care

Maintaining accurate medical documentation and medication records

Promoting patient wellness while following established clinical protocols

Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Correctional healthcare experience is welcome but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
