Responsive Centers is a leading behavioral health clinic specializing in Counseling and Psychotherapy, Psychological and Academic Testing, Medication Management, and modern treatment options such as dTMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato (Esketamine) Therapy. We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in providing comprehensive behavioral health care, ensuring the highest quality of patient services, and contributing to the overall mental wellness of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment:
- Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans.
Medication Management:
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including Spravato, in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Monitor medication efficacy, adjust dosages, and educate patients on medication management.
Therapeutic Interventions:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
dTMS Oversight:
- Provide oversight and support for patients undergoing dTMS treatment.
- Collaborate with the dTMS team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Spravato Administration:
- Administer Spravato treatment in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients during and after Spravato sessions, ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines.
Collaborative Care:
- Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Participate in treatment planning meetings and case conferences.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, potential side effects, and strategies for mental health management.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance patient understanding.
Clinical Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in psychiatric-mental health.
- Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
