Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Maintain drink quality and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
- Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and milk steaming techniques is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
