HRBP is seeking an entry-level, independent contractor to help introduce our HR services to qualified businesses and schedule discovery calls with prospective clients.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone who is comfortable researching businesses, making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, and speaking professionally with business owners and decision-makers. You will not be responsible for providing HR advice or closing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, briefly explain HRBP’s services, confirm interest, and schedule qualified calls with the HRBP HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities include researching and building lead lists, contacting businesses by phone and email, explaining HRBP’s HR support services, identifying basic business needs, maintaining accurate outreach records, following up with interested prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, confident speaking with business owners, comfortable making outbound calls, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous appointment-setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience is required.
This is an independent contractor position paid hourly, with total compensation not to exceed $600 per month. The hourly rate and anticipated schedule will be discussed during the interview. Work must remain within the approved monthly hours and budget unless additional hours are authorized in writing.
