Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Concierge Liaison to join our team. We are a specialty boutique providing garments to breast cancer patients, compression patients, and fashion lingerie to retail customers.
The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our organization and patients/customers, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. This role is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective account management and product demonstrations.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and patients to ensure alignment on needs and expectations.
When working remote:
- Answer incoming calls from patients/customers and providers
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and add notes to appropriate systems
When working on-site:
- Check voicemails or messaging system for patient requests/communication
- Greet patients and check them in
- Support internal team, as needed
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
