Job Description:
We are an elite, fast-paced chiropractic clinic dedicated to changing and saving patient lives through proactive wellness. We operate on a model of absolute excellence and zero drama.
We do not have "siloed" roles. Every single team member is fully cross-trained to handle every operational aspect of the practice. You will handle everything from front-desk coordination, billing, and patient flow, to memorizing practice scripts and delivering structured educational presentations to patients. If you are looking for a passive desk job, this is not it. If you have extreme ownership, high emotional resilience, pride in your work, and a desire to master multiple skills, we want you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Total Cross-Training: Master front-of-house, back-of-house, and clinical support workflows.
- Script Memorization: Memorize and flawlessly deliver practice scripts for patient onboarding, scheduling, and retention.
- Public Speaking: Confidently deliver structured health presentations to patients and groups.
- Patient Management: Deliver high-energy, respectful, and professional customer service under pressure.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Benefits:
- 401(k) matching
- Employee discount
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
Application Question(s):
- In this role, you must memorize strict scripts for patient communication to ensure operational compliance. Tell us about a time you had to memorize technical information, a script, or complex protocols for a job. How did you ensure 100% accuracy?
- You will be required to learn every role in our clinic, from handling billing disputes to managing patient data. Describe a time you had to step completely out of your comfort zone to learn a skill outside your primary job description. What was your mindset?
- This position requires giving structured presentations to patients regarding their health plans and chiropractic care. Rate your public speaking comfort on a scale of 1-10. Describe a time you had to confidently command a room or persuade an audience.
- When a high-volume clinical environment gets hectic, mistakes can happen. Describe a time a supervisor gave you blunt, direct feedback regarding a mistake you made. How did you react, and what did you change?
