Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Location: Bridgewater, VA (In-Person)
Schedule: Full-Time 8:00am – 4:30pm
Creative Cause Solutions is seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our on-demand manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate commercial sewing equipment to produce apparel, home décor, commercial interior products, and promotional items sold through online retailers.
We manufacture a wide range of products, including activewear, bedding, table linens, curtains, and other textile goods. Our facility utilizes commercial sewing equipment, as well as single-needle, double-needle, serger, coverstitch, flatlock, and specialty machines.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining an organized workstation. Sewing experience is required. Applicants with commercial sewing, quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or leadership experience are especially encouraged to apply.
Full-time employees typically work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend work as needed.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate commercial sewing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Professional references required upon request
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the workday
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate sewing machines and handle materials
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Sufficient vision to inspect products for quality and accuracy
