Position: Truck Team Member

Raccoon Junk Removal, the fastest-growing Junk Removal Service in Western North Carolina, is expanding its team in Franklin, NC. We are seeking professional, physically fit individuals to join us. Our reputation is built on outstanding customer service, and we are looking for dedicated Truck Team Members to uphold this standard.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time/Part-time positions available with immediate hiring.
- Operating hours are Monday-Friday, with optional Saturday work that includes bonus pay.
- Shifts average 6-9 hours per day.
- We offer weekly pay with a starting wage of $20/hr, plus tips and bonuses. On average, our Truck Team Members earn $20-$30/hr.

About the Position:
- We serve Franklin and surrounding areas in Macon, Jackson, Swain, Haywood, Cherokee, Towns and Rabun counties.
- Each day brings unique challenges. Job sizes and types vary. Examples: Helping a business remove old kitchen equipment or clearing every item out of foreclosed property.
- You will use a company-provided truck to visit customer homes and properties, removing unwanted items.
- Responsible disposal through recycling, donating, and waste management facilities is a key part of the role.
- We aim to promote team members to crew leads. Crew leads are responsible for representing the company on job sites and earning profit shares and bonuses based on crew performance. Crew leads may become area leads as we open 2 new offices locally in the next 3 years.
Requirements:
- Valid standard driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
- A positive, friendly attitude, along with strong verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing 50lbs or more. Most days an employee will lift over 2,000 pounds in the course of a work day. Job is very physically demanding.
- Previous customer service, labor, warehouse, moving, hospitality, and/or driving experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary.
