The Opportunity
This role is designed for individuals looking to break into sales and build a long-term career in logistics. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll learn how freight moves, how deals are structured, and how strong relationships drive results. You’ll be trained from the ground up and supported by experienced leaders while you develop the skills needed to manage accounts, negotiate pricing, and grow revenue.
No prior sales or logistics experience is required—just the drive to learn, compete, and succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured, hands-on training program
- Partner with senior sales leaders to support customers and daily shipments
- Identify and pursue new business through outbound outreach
- Learn to negotiate rates and terms with both customers and carriers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee freight from pickup to delivery and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Hit performance milestones to transition into full commission eligibility
