Looking to get your foot in the door in the business world? We're seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to join our team.
You'll get exposure to multiple sides of how a business actually runs, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn broadly rather than be boxed into one narrow task.
What You'll Do
Day-to-day tasks will vary based on where the business needs support, and may include:

General administrative support (answering the showroom, scheduling, assist with recruiting, general correspondence)

Assisting with customer service and communications

Helping organize and maintain office/business records

Supporting various departments as needs shift week to week

Learning the operational basics that keep a business running smoothly

Special projects and tasks as they arise
What We're Looking For

Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Comfortable jumping between different types of tasks

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)

No prior experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to pitch in

Pay: $20-$25/hr. depending on experience and education

Location: Carrollton, with possibility to work out of Denton, Arlington, Colleyville, or Forney satellite locations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p, with possible rotating Saturday shift.
